This two day training is an introduction to a family systems approach to intergenerational trauma. This training highlights the importance of sequencing and targeting treatment appropriately for families impacted by intergenerational trauma, with the caregiving system as a primary point of intervention. This training incorporates attachment theory, systems theory, neuroscience, and a recovery based skills model for trauma treatment.
