2024 Advancing Post-Traumatic Growth Event Registration Form
Registration will be on the 16th of October and the Event begins on the 17th.
The registration price is $545 and includes all meals.
All boxes are required to process the form. If you encounter problems with the form and/or the payment, please contact us via email at

Once your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with access to your Account / Dashboard where you can download a payment receipt and invoice. You will be taken to the next window “Thank you for your order”. Press “Continue” and you will be taken to a Dashboard window. Click on “Dismiss” (see screen captures at the bottom of this page). Please use the link in the confirmation email to go to your dashboard and download your receipt / invoice.
