Our 2024 Advancing Post Traumatic Growth Event Presenters

Our third annual Advancing Post-Traumatic Growth Event was an incredible success,
reflecting the ongoing commitment to supporting the mental wellness of Public Safety Personnel and their families.
The Event began with an inspiring keynote address by Hank Idsinga, who emphasized the critical role each individual plays in fostering mental wellness within organizations. His powerful message set the tone for a day filled with collaboration, learning, and meaningful engagement.

The workshops and presentations featured esteemed professionals, including:
Carmen Theobold,  Wendy Lund, Scott Hewlett, and  Thomas Walker

Additionally, an engaging panel discussion brought together insightful contributions from:
Wendy Lund, Michelle Zare, Colin Chan, Dr. Katie Stewart, Dr. Candice Monson, and Samantha Zahra

Each session highlighted the importance of collaboration and knowledge-sharing in advancing post-traumatic growth.

The enthusiasm of our participants was matched by the serene location at Horseshoe Resort in Oro-Medonte, Ontario,
which fostered a sense of harmony and focus throughout the Event.
We are already hard at work planning next year’s conference. Keep an eye on our Upcoming Events page for updates on the 2025 Advancing Post-Traumatic Growth Event, including dates, location, and content. We look forward to continuing this important journey together!
