2025 Advancing Post-Traumatic Growth Event Registration Form
Registration will be on the 15th of October and the Event begins on the 16th.
The registration price is $595 and includes all meals.
All boxes are required to process the form. If you encounter problems with the form and/or the payment, please contact us via email at
webmaster@badgeoflifecanada.org.
Once your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. In the email, you can click on the “View Order Details” to go to the dashboard for the order. At the bottom of the dashboard, click on the “Download Receipt/Invoice” box to get a copy of your invoice that you can then print.
If you wish to pay by cheque, complete the form below, print it, and mail it with your cheque (made payable to “Badge of Life Canada”) to:
