I have seen firsthand the need for first responders to have somewhere to turn in times of crisis, and I have also seen the fear that coworkers and friends have had to admit they need help. Erasing this stigma is something about which I have long been passionate. In addition to working in emergency services, I have experience in Data Analytics, Policy Analysis, Risk Management, Grant Writing and Procurement. I hold a Masters of Sciences degree in Forensic Anthropology from Bournemouth University in the UK and a Masters of Public Administration degree from Royal Military College of Canada. I look forward to utilizing my fire background as well as my research and administrative skills to contribute to the Badge of Life Board of Directors.
