Adrienne is a dedicated therapist specializing in providing support and guidance to first responders. She holds a Master of Social Work Degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, and has over 10 years of experience working in mental health and trauma based therapy. Adrienne has developed a profound understanding of the challenges faced by those in emergency services, gained through her first hand experiences providing ride-along community mental health support with police services.

Driven by her passion for mental health advocacy, Adrienne focuses on creating a safe and empathetic environment where first responders can openly discuss and process their experiences. Through evidence-based therapies tailored to individual needs, she assists her clients in navigating stress, trauma, and burnout while fostering resilience and self-care.

Adriennes approach is grounded in compassion and cultural sensitivity, recognizing the diverse backgrounds and contexts within which first responders operate. She collaborates closely with her clients, empowering them to develop coping strategies and cultivate emotional well-being both on and off duty.
