I am a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) and hold a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Toronto with a double specialization in Mental Health and Health, as well as Addiction Studies.

My focus includes mental health, addictions, and psychological trauma/PTSD. I provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions that utilize cognitive, emotional, and somatic practices and am formally trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Clinical Hypnosis. My work also draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and Mindfulness Therapy.

I view therapy as a collaborative process rooted in respect, compassion, and patience. I believe it is meant to elicit your strengths and build resilience to increase a sense of control in your life.
