Amber Sperling

Amber Sperling is a Social Worker, Psychotherapist with over 12 years of experience providing mental health therapy in various settings. Clients express appreciation for Amber’s client-centred approach, beginning by defining goals and building resources for managing distress. Amber believes distressing experiences can be transformed into memories instead of carried as the defining piece of your identity. Anxiety and depression do not need to be barriers to long-term wellness, and evidence-based treatments are available.

When not providing psychotherapy in the community, Amber enjoys spending time with her family, being by the lake, travelling and coaching dragon boat teams.
