Badge of Life Canada Executive Director Laura Kloosterman had the privilege to meet with Michael Kerzner on his very first day in his new position as Solicitor General of Ontario. She used the occasion to briefly discuss the importance of positive mental health for Canadian Public Safety personnel and the need to work together through networking and collaboration to achieve post-traumatic growth. During the introduction, plans were made for future collaboration to benefit Ontario Public Safety Personnel. Badge of Life Canada is enthusiastic to be part of the pro-active work being done by Mr. Kerzner and the Ontario Government.

Canadian Public Safety personnel and their families are never on this journey alone. Badge of Life Canada is here to be a part of the journey with a pro-active approach to mental wellness. We need to continue the dialogue in order to transform the culture. We are always open to positive comments and suggestions. You can reach us on our website at BadgeofLifeCanada.org.
