Caroline is a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist in the city of London, Ontario. Caroline has worked with diverse adult populations and it has been her privilege to support individuals on their journey to wellness for the last ten years.
Caroline believes in each person’s capacity for healing and works with individuals to process and peacefully resolve past trauma to engage more fully in their present life. She is an attachment-based practitioner trained in various integrative and relational therapies with a specific focus on trauma recovery and anxiety management. She primarily works from an EMDR Therapy lens, incorporating mindfulness, self-compassion, somatic, and cognitive therapies. Her practice emphasizes the mind-body connection in the pursuit of healing.
Caroline believes in each person’s ability to step wholly into the present and is honoured and humbled to walk alongside client’s as they create a full and meaningful life.

Clinical Psychologists
Clinical Psychologists are required to complete a related Masters and Ph.D. program to practice in the province of Ontario that must be research-based and subsequently have a thesis component. They are governed by the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO).
Registered Psychotherapists
Registered Psychotherapists (RPs) are registered by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and, like Registered Social Workers and Clinical Psychologists, are permitted to perform the controlled act of psychotherapy.
Registered Social Workers
Registered Social Workers (RSW) are helping individuals to enhance their well-being. They are governed by the Ontario College of Social Workers.
