Heroes for Heroes CrossFit Challenge

On February 29, 2020, between 9:00 am - 12:30 pm, Shallow Lake CrossFit will be hosting a CrossFit Challenge, wherein individuals and/or groups, will perform one CrossFit Tribute workout every hour, including a Family WOD, Hero WOD, and Hero WOD "Badge". Teams will enter with a minimum donation of $200, with single-hour drop-in donations being $20.
