Gita Canaran is a skilled clinical psychologist who uses evidence-based therapies to help individuals with difficulties in the areas of trauma, anxiety, mood and psychosis. She has a specialized interest in the treatment of trauma and uses her 20+ years experience to help first responders with the often complex and cumulative effects of stress and trauma. She is trained in a variety of treatments including CBT, DBT, CFT, Schema Therapy and EMDR and is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at Western University.
