Jasleen has a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Jasleen brings years of experience supporting clients including veterans and first responders in navigating PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. She specializes in working with individuals who have experienced high-stress or traumatic environments, helping them process their experiences and rebuild emotional resilience.
Jasleen integrates evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care to provide tailored, effective support.
Beyond her professional work, she finds balance by hiking in the stunning Okanagan landscapes and cherishing quality time with her children.
