Lucie Brandt

Lucie Brandt is a Registered Psychotherapist working in the downtown core of Ottawa since 2010. She holds a Bachelor of Humanities degree from Carleton University (2005) and a Master of Counselling and Spirituality Degree from Saint Paul University (2010). The primary focus of her practice is to assist clients in recovering from grief and trauma. She offers support to a broad range of clients, including members of the Canadian Armed Forces, emergency services professionals, victims of criminal acts, and people who have suffered traumas in childhood. She offers trauma informed modalities including CBT for PTSD, Becoming Safely Embodied Work, Parts Work, Narrative Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing. She loves to foster creativity and joy through her clinical work. She also includes spiritual practice as part of therapy if clients request this.
