Randy has provided counselling, therapy and psychological services in Newfoundland and Labrador for almost 30 years. He sees adolescents and adults for a variety of problems including coping with and learning to manage stress, anxiety and depressive disorders, complex trauma and PTSD, sexual problems, addiction and lifestyle problems, and relationship problems. Randy also provides couple counselling and therapy. He takes an emotionally-focused approach to working with couples with the goal of increasing intimacy, emotional attunement and responsiveness that create a secure bond within the relationship.
