Accepts work from a Workplace Injury Board or equivalent

Regan is a master-level Social Worker/Psychotherapist and EMDR Consultant with extensive experience supporting law enforcement officers, first responders, and their families. As the founder of Dearborn Therapy, Regan is deeply committed to fostering healing in a compassionate, trauma-informed, and client-centered environment—where your story is honored and therapy is tailored to your unique needs.

Regan understands the complex stressors of public safety work, including cumulative trauma, critical incidents, organizational stress, and the impact on personal relationships. Using a broad range of evidence-based modalities, Regan helps clients navigate PTSD, anxiety, depression, burnout, moral injury, sleep disruption, and major life transitions. Their work integrates EMDR alongside other approaches drawn from cognitive, narrative, solution-focused, and experiential frameworks to meet you where you’re at. She does not believe there is a one sized fits all approach, which is why she has training, education and certification in several different therapeutic modalities.

At Dearborn Therapy, the emphasis is on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where first responders can speak openly, build effective coping strategies, and strengthen resilience on and off duty. Regan also offers flexible session options—including in-person, virtual, or phone sessions—and free initial consultations so you can explore the fit and direction of care without pressure.

Regan’s approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and respect for first responder culture. The treatment plans are relevant to your goals and pace, guiding you toward sustained well-being, balance, and renewed purpose. Being in rural social services for almost 25 years, she understands how important having a safe, private space is for many and goes over and above to ensure she creates this for you in every session.

Regan does free consultations to ensure she is the right fit for you.
