MACP, RCC – Junior Clinician
A recent graduate of the Yorkville University Master of Counselling Psychology program, Rochelle also brings her unique experience working in supportive roles with the RCMP. From working as a 9-1-1 dispatcher to performing a variety of administrative duties, and eventually working with victim services, Rochelle has an awareness and understanding of many of the challenges first responders face.
In her current work as a clinician, Rochelle works with individuals, couples and families who live with anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief and more. Rochelle has specialized training in trauma informed modalities including polyvagal theory. She also brings evidence-based models such as cognitive behavioural therapy and dialectical behavioural therapy to her client-centred approach.
In her spare time, Rochelle likes to reengage with her passion for music and especially enjoys songwriting. In addition, she loves going for walks and hikes with her family and their Siberian husky rescue, Ruby.
