We support you in post trauma and creating a new way of being of your life. It is important to treat yourself with loving kindness and respect on your healing path. The key to healing is to be proactive in your healing journey.

Given there is no cookie cutter approach as those with PTS have varying symptoms and possibly addictions or co-morbid conditions, finding what works for you is important. Having a professional therapist involved in your treatment is recommended. Finding what works for you as alternative supports and filling up your self-care toolbox is beneficial to enhancing your life. We encourage you to take advantage of support and programs listed in your area with Badge of Life Canada. It is your responsibility to discern and decide what your needs are regarding your happiness, health, healing and wellbeing. It is your responsibility to pursue meeting those needs. Others can help you heal, but whom you choose to listen to, hire and allow to support your health and wellbeing is your responsibility.
