Zuwaina Murad

Zuwaina Murad is a registered psychotherapist in Ontario with a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. She has worked in the field of mental health for a decade. Her experience in the field has been diverse and has ranged from working in corrections, addictions treatment, shelters, and community crisis.

Zuwaina loves working with individuals to help them feel better, understand themselves deeper, and break negative patterns. Her work involves helping clients to understand the root of their challenges so that a long-lasting change is possible. She also assists people to build and develop new coping strategies in order to reduce day-to-day distress to give clients the quickest relief possible!
