My experience and a deep commitment to the well-being of public safety personnel and first responders will be available to Badge of Life Canada and the outstanding services they provide. My journey has imbued me with a profound understanding of the operational stress injuries and mental health challenges faced by public safety personnel. My advocacy for mental health awareness and support in law enforcement circles has been unwavering. I have been instrumental in implementing support systems and training aimed at addressing the psychological well-being of officers and staff, recognizing the critical need for proactive and preventive mental health strategies in high-stress professions.

As an advisor to BOLC, I bring not only my extensive professional experience, but also a personal commitment to supporting individuals dealing with post-traumatic stress and suicidal ideation.
