Online-Peer-Support
Weekly Online Peer Support Meetings Via Zoom

Our weekly peer support sessions are facilitated by a range of mental health professionals, providing a psychoeducation component, and a group of trained peer supporters who have lived experience. Each session also includes a mindfulness component.
Our people are non-judgmental and can walk alongside you in your journey.
There is no cost to you to attend the sessions and they are held in strict confidence.
