Badge of Life Canada held its Annual General Meeting in April 2023. The meeting was attended by all Board members of the organization, except for Darylene Forrest who was unable to attend. The meeting provided an opportunity to review the organization’s accomplishments over the past year and to discuss future initiatives and goals.

During the meeting, Executive Director Laura Kloosterman presented a report on the organization’s activities, including its outreach and education efforts, fundraising initiatives, and partnerships with other organizations.
The weekend was a success and highlighted the important work that Badge of Life Canada is doing to support the mental health and well-being of Canadian Public Safety personnel and their families across the country.
Canadian Public Safety personnel and their families are never on this journey alone. Organizations like Badge of Life Canada are here to be a part of that journey with a pro-active approach to mental wellness. We need to continue the dialogue in order to transform the culture.
