Badge of Life Canada Executive Director Laura Kloosterman was invited and attended the Kitchener Fire Department Family Event at their annual event organized by its firefighters for their families. The event provides an opportunity for firefighters and their loved ones to come together, connect, and learn about available resources. She used the opportunity to discuss the work performed by Badge of Life Canada, as well as Mental Health for Canadian Public Safety Personnel in general. It was a positive day of networking and collaboration with our friends at the Kitchener Fire Department.

Executive Director Kloosterman also had the opportunity to meet and greet the owner and one employee of Frontline Forward, a local gym and wellness centre dedicated to providing support, education and care to frontline workers and their families through optimizing overall health, safety and strength.
