Badge of Life Canada was honoured to attend the Annual General Meeting of the OPP Veterans’ Association—a gathering of dedicated individuals who have served with distinction and continue to contribute to the policing community.
We were grateful for the opportunity to connect, listen, and share how Badge of Life Canada supports public safety personnel throughout their careers and into retirement. Flanders, our Canine Assisted Intervention Animal, was also on hand to greet familiar faces and make a few new friends.
Our presence at events like this reinforces our commitment to ensuring that no one walks alone—whether in service or beyond.
Thank you to the OPP Veterans’ Association for their continued support and for welcoming us so warmly.

Canadian Public Safety personnel and their families are never on this journey alone. Organizations like Badge of Life Canada are here to be a part of that journey with a pro-active approach to mental wellness. We need to continue the dialogue in order to transform the culture. We are always open to positive comments and suggestions. You can reach us on our website at BadgeofLifeCanada.org.
