Amber Sperling, MSW, RSW 
Amber is a Registered Social Worker and EMDRIA-certified EMDR Consultant-in-Training with 20 years of experience in mental health. As the founder of Amber Sperling Social Work and Psychotherapy Services, she offers compassionate, mind-body connected therapy designed for real life—especially for first responders navigating the weight of cumulative stress, operational trauma, and personal transitions. She has a particular focus on supporting women first responders as they navigate the added complexities of caregiving, identity shifts, and life after starting a family. Amber helps clients move from surviving to thriving—one nervous system at a time.

Clinical Psychologists

Clinical Psychologists are required to complete a related Masters and Ph.D. program to practice in the province of Ontario that must be research-based and subsequently have a thesis component. They are governed by the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO).
