Chantal has over 20 years of experience, working directly with children, adults and seniors from various cultures. She is able to work with trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, accidents/injuries, chronic pain, and grief.
Within her counselling, Chantal uses a person centered approach to help individuals to find the solutions that work for them depending on their situation. Chantal uses her training in various modalities such as EMDR, Solution Focused, Person Centered, and Mindfulness. She works collaboratively to determine the best approach that suites the person’s needs.
