Dr. Storrie is a registered Psychologist in the province of Ontario, with specializations in the practice of clinical psychology, clinical neuropsychology, and rehabilitation psychology. She is a former President of the Ontario Psychological Association (OPA), and an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Psychiatry and Behavioural Neurosciences at McMaster University. Dr. Storrie has been awarded Diplomate Emeritus status with the American Board of Disability Analysts (ABDA).
Dr. Storrie has particular areas of interest include the treatment of PTSD and other occupational stressors in first responders (police, fire, paramedic) and correctional officers, the treatment of grief and bereavement, and neurorehabilitation post- brain injury (ABI, stroke, neurological disorders). Dr. Storrie also provides consultation services to first responder organizations and correctional services, hospital-based inpatient and residential programs, and disability management agencies.
