Meredith has always felt compelled by people’s stories. As a therapist, she is deeply invested in understanding clients’ realities and learning about how they navigate their world.

Meredith provides support for individuals struggling with a range of issues, including posttraumatic stress disorder, emotion regulation difficulties, insomnia, mood disorders, and anxiety. Meredith has expertise working with individuals who are currently suicidal, or who have attempted to die by suicide. In addition to offering traditional therapy (in-person or video), Meredith offers digitally-delivered therapy for suicide prevention. Meredith offers both individual and couple therapy.

Clinical Psychologists

Clinical Psychologists are required to complete a related Masters and Ph.D. program to practice in the province of Ontario that must be research-based and subsequently have a thesis component. They are governed by the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO).
