I am based in Sudbury, Ontario, with roots in a small Franco-Ontarian community in Northern Ontario. French is my first language, and I am proud to offer therapy services in French—creating a space where clients can express themselves fully, without having to translate their experiences.

By day, I hold a senior leadership role within a not-for-profit organization. Outside of those hours, I lead a virtual private counselling practice that I built to expand access to culturally and linguistically aligned mental health support for Franco-Ontarians.

I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, and a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) through Royal Roads University.

My approach to therapy is relationship-focused, empathetic, and grounding. I work from a client-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based lens, with a strong emphasis on building a safe and authentic therapeutic connection. In practice, this means I meet you where you are and walk alongside you in your healing process.

Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or depression, navigating trauma responses, working through grief, or facing significant life transitions. You may feel exhausted, disconnected, or unlike yourself. Whatever brings you here, you will be met with care, respect, and a commitment to helping you reconnect with hope and possibility.

Outside of my professional roles, I am a mother, a runner, and someone who finds joy in cooking and podcasts. I believe in the same principles I encourage in my clients: that rest is essential, small rituals matter, and sustainable well-being begins with self-compassion.

You do not have to navigate this alone. Healing begins where you are—and I would be honored to meet you there.
