Accepts work from a Workplace Injury Board or equivalent

I am a Psychotherapist (OCSWSSW) providing individual and couples therapy to adults and teens, offering both virtual and in-person services. My work is grounded in the belief that therapy should be practical, respectful, and human. I aim to create a space where people feel safe to speak openly, without judgment, and where support is focused on real-world change rather than labels or pathology.

My practice supports individuals impacted by trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional regulation difficulties, and relationship strain. I have a particular interest in working with first responders and others in high-responsibility roles who face cumulative stress, repeated critical incidents, and ongoing pressure to perform. Many of the people I work with are capable and reliable yet carry significant internal strain that often goes unseen.

I understand that first responders may experience emotional exhaustion, hypervigilance, irritability, sleep disruption, moral injury, or difficulty disconnecting from work, which can affect relationships and overall wellbeing over time. I approach this work with respect for occupational culture and sensitivity to the hesitation many feel about seeking support.

I bring over 15 years of experience in mental health and social services and am an ADHD-Certified Clinical Provider. My approach is trauma-informed and collaborative, focusing on nervous system regulation, understanding stress responses, and building practical strategies for resilience.

I am trained in evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, trauma-focused and exposure therapies, somatic approaches, CPT, attachment-based therapy, and Gottman Couples Therapy. While informed by research and assessment, therapy with me is grounded, conversational, and practical.

At the core of my work is the belief that therapy should feel supportive, straightforward, and purposeful. I offer free consultation calls to help determine whether working together feels like the right fit.
