You might be feeling disconnected from yourself or others, caught in familiar patterns, or longing for deeper self-understanding. Maybe setting boundaries feels difficult, relationships feel confusing or painful, or you’re carrying the weight of childhood or relational trauma. These experiences can feel overwhelming, leaving you unsure of how to move forward.

I offer a warm, grounded space where your story can be heard with compassion. Together, we’ll explore your inner world, support your nervous system, and make sense of the patterns that shape how you feel, think, and relate. My goal is to help you reconnect with your sense of self, cultivate clarity, and create lasting, meaningful shifts.

My work is rooted in psychodynamic therapy—a relational, reflective approach that helps us understand how past experiences shape present emotions and relationships. By gently uncovering internal patterns, relational wounds, and long-standing defenses, we create room for deeper emotional insight, healing, and more secure, fulfilling connections with yourself and others.

I practice from a trauma-informed lens, honouring your inner wisdom, your protective strategies, and the pace that feels right for your body and mind. Through honest, compassionate reflection, we work to soften old patterns, heal emotional wounds, and support change from the inside out.

If you’re ready to explore therapy for trauma, relationships, or deeper self-understanding, I’d be honoured to connect.
