I believe trust is earned and you get to decide how much of your trust I deserve. I believe that each person’s experience is uniquely impacted by their race, age, gender, and sexual orientation. I will take the time to listen and understand your experience before we start working towards change.

With over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, I tailor my approach to your needs. Using trauma-informed modalities such as IFS, DBT and Poly Vagal Theory, I will offer insight and strategies for your consideration. During our time together we will discover what works for you and address any challenges that may arise during our time together.
