Victoria is a Registered Psychotherapist passionate about supporting first responders and their families. With over a decade of experience and a deep understanding of the unique pressures of these roles, Victoria offers evidence-based approaches to promote healing and resilience.

As the spouse of a first responder, Victoria has a personal connection to the challenges of this demanding profession. She understands the stress, trauma, and emotional toll it can have on individuals and their loved ones, and she brings both professional expertise and personal insight to her practice.

Victoria integrates Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Self-Compassion-based therapy. She provides a safe, empathetic space where clients can process their experiences and develop tools to thrive in their personal and professional lives.
